1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Saskatchewan.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

2. 50/50

Saskatchewan Gaming Event Licence #RR23-0146

1 for $10.00;
10 for $25.00;
50 for $75.00;
100 for $100.00;

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

Maximum 50/50 payout will be $25,000.00.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: July 22, 2023 at 10:00:00 PM CST

Draw
50/50 draw: July 22, 2023 at 11:00:00 PM CST

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at Main Stage, Bengough Regional Park, Bengough, Sk

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://bengoughgatewayfestival.rafflenexus.com/winners on July 22, 2023.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Bengough Municipal Arts Council Inc (BMAC).

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

An unclaimed prize will be held for one year and then donated to a charity approved by SLGA.

5. Privacy

Bengough Municipal Arts Council Inc (BMAC) does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: deleemf61@gmail.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Other
